The Region 3 Bioterrorism Defense Network is made up key stakeholders actively involved in emergency planning and preparedness. Represented in the Region 3 Network are hospital institutions, pre-hospital providers, medical control authorities, local and state public health entities, fire and law enforcement, local and state emergency management, Red Cross and other key response agencies.
