As required, a district Medical Control Authority acts as the fiduciary agent for the Coalition. For the Region 3 Healthcare Preparedness Network, Genesee County MCA fills this role. As fiduciary agent, Genesee County MCA is responsible for maintaining financial records for the Coalition and for submitting monthly budget reports to the Michigan Department of Community Health.
